Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at Healveda Health. As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of strategic partners, forging alliances, and creating collaborative opportunities to further our mission of empowering suffering patients to become the heroes of their own health journey. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our reach, brand visibility, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of Healveda Health.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnerships plan to identify, establish, and manage partnerships that align with Healveda Health’s goals and values.
  • Identify and research potential partners, including healthcare providers, wellness organizations, advocacy groups, and industry influencers, to determine alignment and mutual benefits.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to evaluate partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and develop joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Identify key partnership objectives and metrics, tracking progress and success, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and implement co-marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Healveda Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partner initiatives with internal processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging partnership models to continuously optimize and improve partnership strategies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships in the healthcare, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential value, and develop business cases to support decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
