Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Leader to join our dynamic team at Healveda Health. As the Product Marketing Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. You will work closely with the executive team, product development, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define target customer profiles, positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our products.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback during product ideation and development stages.
- Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, including pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and product-related content to support lead generation, sales enablement, and customer education.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and PR.
- Conduct customer and market segmentation analysis to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and communicate product value.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in product marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in product launches, market segmentation, positioning, and messaging development.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the challenges associated with autoimmune conditions is a plus.
