Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team at Healveda Health. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping individuals with autoimmune conditions discover the benefits of our diverse health modalities and rewarding redeemable points system.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and drive the team to exceed them, closely monitoring performance against key metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Create and implement sales training programs to equip the team with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote our diverse health modalities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights for product enhancement and development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus within the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in selling health or wellness products or services is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, and a deep understanding of autoimmune conditions and the benefits of diverse health modalities is a plus.
