About Healveda Health:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Set sales targets and drive the team to exceed them, closely monitoring performance against key metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Create and implement sales training programs to equip the team with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote our diverse health modalities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights for product enhancement and development.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus within the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in selling health or wellness products or services is highly advantageous.
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and a deep understanding of autoimmune conditions and the benefits of diverse health modalities is a plus.
