Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team at Healveda Health. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and increasing sign-ups to our platform, empowering suffering patients to become the heroes of their own health journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to expand our user base and promote our mission of helping individuals overcome their health conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase sign-ups to the Healveda Health platform.
- Conduct market research and identify target audiences, key insights, and growth opportunities.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging, content, and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve the user experience and increase sign-up rates.
- Utilize analytics tools and metrics to track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to ensure alignment and support in achieving growth goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously test and iterate on marketing strategies, campaigns, and channels to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and increasing sign-ups through strategic growth marketing initiatives.
