Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team at Healveda Health. As our CTO, you will play a key role in driving our technology strategy, shaping our product roadmap, and leading our technical teams. You will work closely with the founder and executive team to harness the power of technology and data to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee software development, system architecture, data management, and technology operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap and feature development, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Drive innovation and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for technological advancements and competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the technology teams.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing technical team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure data security and privacy, complying with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to maximize technology capabilities and partnerships.
- Monitor and optimize technology infrastructure, systems, and processes to support scalability and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in technology leadership roles, with a focus on software development and technical strategy.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technology solutions.
- Extensive experience in leading software development teams and delivering scalable, high-quality products.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, identifying emerging trends, and applying new technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the challenges associated with autoimmune conditions is a plus.
