Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our fast-growing team at Healveda Health. As our COO, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the operational strategies that will drive the success of our company. You will work closely with the founder and executive team to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency in all areas of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive company growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, production, quality assurance, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall company objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing operational team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in operational leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling operations, driving process improvements, and achieving operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for healthcare and a deep understanding of the challenges associated with autoimmune conditions is a plus.
