B2B Sales Expert (Provider Sales)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Expert to join our team at Healveda Health. As a B2B Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and establishing partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and wellness centers. Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of providers who can offer our innovative health solutions to their patients, empowering them to become the heroes of their own health journey. You will be responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target healthcare providers, clinics, and wellness centers as potential partners for Healveda Health’s solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs, pain points, and challenges of healthcare providers in relation to patient care and treatment options.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, showcasing the value and benefits of Healveda Health’s solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, overcoming objections and addressing concerns to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts and drive awareness among healthcare providers.
  • Track and analyze sales data, including pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue, to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting healthcare providers, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks, generate leads, and promote Healveda Health’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry, with a focus on selling to healthcare providers.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of provider challenges, regulations, and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
